how to install the XML::LibXSLT along with libxslt?

I am trying to install XML::LibXML but for that, first I need to install the libxslt-1.0.6 For this I have installed libxml2-2.4.7-1.i386.rpm And how to set XPath, after installing this libxml2-2.4.7-i386.rpm ? I saw in README file in libxslt-1.0.6 bundle. i.e., XSLT support for libxml2 http://xmlsoft.org/ Requires libxml2 = 2.3.6 with XPath support. You also need libxml2-devel, same for libxslt. This is covered in the INSTALL file. PS: PLEASE! Stop posting in HTML format. It makes it incredibly difficult at this end. This rings a bell. I recently had to isntall libxml2-2.45 with libxslt-1.04 on a solaris box. I remember getting warnings when trying to install libxslt telling me that the version of libxml was not up to date. Fix to this involved using the: --with-libxml-prefix=[PFX]Specify location of libxml option when running configure. For some reason it wasn't by default using /usr/local/lib/..whatever.
