I've been trying the same thing u say to do and have read different docs
like README and info.reply and following the different instructions in
each of them. I tried going in to the time-dependent dir
dist/U.S.-only-2d4f10 for days now with no luckl. The only close file I
can find is under ftp://utopia.hacktic.nl/pub/replay/pub/crypto/LIBS/rsa/
and has the filename rsaref20.1996.tar.Z.
It also seems like all the docs are outdated, written back in 1994. I even
tried emailing the different addresses that say it will send me a
uuencoded version of the file and I get an email back saying it's not in
service anymore. I feel like the instructions are playing games with me.
Is the rsaref20.1996.tar.Z the same file . Or is there no rsaref20.tar.Z
file that exists.

I checked ftp://ftp.rsa.com/rsaref/ and
ftp://utopia.hacktic.nl/pub/replay/pub/crypto/LIBS/rsa
but couldn't find it.
I'm sure it _is_ under ftp://ftp.rsa.com/rsaref/dist/, but you first have to
read the ftp://ftp.rsa.com/rsaref/README to get the actual filename, of
course.
