[mssms] Upgrading from 2012 R2 SP1 to 1602/1606

I have a pretty solid upgrade path, but wanted to know how long you guys would 
recommend staying at each level before moving on?

Now: 2012 R2 SP1
1st step:  1511 - stay here how long?
2nd step: 1602 - Stay here long time, or move on to 1606?

SQL Server 2014 Standard Edition with SP2 .ISO was made available last month.

also a VM, so there will definitely be a snapshot before doing the upgrade.

Yes, I have 2 folders under "All Software Updates" that are also appearing 
under "All Windows 10 Updates".  I am seeing this in both my test labs, one 
running 1602, and the one other running 1606.

subfolders also appear in my "All Windows 10 Updates" folder in the new Windows 
10 Servicing.

Anyone else see the same thing? I guess it proves that the Win10 Updates folder 
is really just a hardcoded view of the other?
