If you open the MSX-ASCII text document in WordPad as "MS-DOS layout" the special characters will be preserved. Then save it as a Word .doc document and then open it in word. Now the entire character set is preserved. As you think seti is MSX related, I'd like to point out that there is also a MSX RC5 team. Kinda like seti (cracking numbers), but different.
