RE: Philips parts
The switch freezes (disconnects) the processor clock. It is voor service purpose only. I am not using my original 8250 keyboard anymore because I have the 8250 build into PC case, so I rewired a PC keyboard to be used with it. (Advantage: I have a 25pin d-connector on it and I can use a printer extention cable to connect it to the MSX (in the PC case a printerport connector cable from a PC mainboard) Greetings, Hapzee -Oorspronkelijk bericht- Van: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]Namens Daniel Ravazzi Verzonden: zaterdag 15 juli 2000 8:33 Aan: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Onderwerp: Philips parts Hi People!! RE: Philips parts
The switch is for testpurposes. You need a cartridge too (which i do not have..) I think the NMS8280 service manual has some info on it (still scanning and stitching the parts together, hope to finish it next week, had half of it already online when geocities kicked me off, any opinion on which free webpage provider to select?).
