Re: Core Dump

  Only a stupid question: Backup?
No option, read the mentioned page: it is too old.

Does anyone know the exact type of disk ?
Also I need good explanation how did it broke...
I could try to get the needed circuitry board for the disk (yes,
I know it will not be easy!), if the problem is in it.

Bussum ??

2000-09-12 Thread David Heremans

OK,

What is going to happen in Bussum ? What are the things why I need to go
?

So far I have noted:
-Sunrise is going to patch my lost world to moonsound
-Deltasoft is distributing the Find-It for TurboR

Anything else that should motivate me to go to Bussum ???

You should _never_ assume that... One flawd bit on the ack line and... The
receiver thinks he sent an ack and waits for the next data, the sender
didn't receive an ack so he doesn't send the next packet... wham. Lock.

If I set the joystick port to 1, it cannot go to 0 and stay there, or can
it? even if it can, you should just refresh the signal every now and then
and you can still design a protocol with no dead-lock posibility.

Why don`t you ask CAS directly. Try his company email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
if anyone nows another adres. Mail it to Saku. Since it will be a shame if
Coredump will never be released. So we should try to get it.

Because I have mailed to CAS two times this year asking the needed
information and got 0 replies to my e-mails...

Maybe I'll try once more...

Hmm.. How about a virtual fax.
It should be possible to send him a fax created on the net with the
info. Maybe this will work. Use the following link it is in dutch
but here goes all the info you need to send him a fax.
.
http://www.allesvoorniks.nl/faxen.htm

somewhere on the page is the following tekst with there after some colums
here is the info about what what is.)
Fax naar: (to whom you will send the fax)
Fax nummer: (the number of the fax to who you will send. In CAS it`s
case it is ( +31 20 866 5583)
Onderwerp: ( enter here the subject of the fax)
Email adres van jezelf: ( your email adress)
Bericht: ( the message what you want CAS to know. Also put your mail
adress in this one.So CAS can surely react.)
Now click on verstuur
And it will be send. When it arrives at CAS place. You will get a message
by email.
If this all is to complicated. Mail me everything you need to know.
And I will fax it through CAS.
Let`s see if this works. !!!

robert

I thought the patch isn't really a patch, but whole new diskettes. So you
should send your diskettes to Sunrise and you will receive them with the
MoonSound version.

RE: Last News over me works (MIMAS Architecture at 8 / 29 / 2.000).

2000-09-12 Thread Airam Rguez.

Hi Ricardo

expensive for you, since you live in europe (you would have to be able to
speak
 english,
but I don't think that would be a problem for you). In that case, you
talk with
 Daniel or
other people who lives near to Ademir, like Ricardo Bittencourt, or
anyone else,
 and he
could tell you the price, you would make a IPO to Daniel and he would
send the
 hardware
you want . Don't worry about e-mails with Ademir, I bought many things
with him
 already, we talk
a lot about MSX and I always give some suggestions about new hardwares
for MSX,
 and I
almost never get an answer from him using e-mail. :-)

There isn't a deal between Brazil and Holland due to sending
IPOs, sorry...

Well, I'm from Spain. I hope I haven't problems sending IPOs. ;)

Regards

Airam
