Strange thing: When I create new blank to-do list and set exactly the same filters and conditions, closing hours work! But in my old view still nothing and I am 100% sure the settings are same. Hello, In the to-do view (Active tasks set) I still can see context during closed hours. The only way how to hide those tasks is to set the context to always closed. Am I missing anything? Did not help. It works differently than mentioned in the thread below. If I set always closed than Context selection area incl. AND OR switches does not affect the behavior of the to-do list. The checkbox does not have any effect and the task is one context only for sure. Still unclear for me. To-do view setting: group by flags advanced filter set to goal yearly 2011/1/7 Neal nschm...@gmail.com In the ToDo filter you most likely have Include closed checkbox checked. If you uncheck it, the view will probably work the way you want. Also, if any context assigned to the task is NOT closed at the current time, you will see that task. All contexts assigned have to be closed to NOT view the task... I don't think it's a bug as it's so basic I'm sure it would have come up before now. It's most likely something to do with your setup. The only other, slightly off the wall, suggestions I could make would be date/time related. Flags of course can still be grouped and be a filter criteria. Using task name field does not seem to me like a good way, because in case of re-assigning task to another person, I need to edit the task name; instead I would like to right click on certain field and choose different person.
