I have a QS30-75 with the same glyphs, honeycomb mesh. I'm not sure if its
cathodes are exactly the same. I also have an unmarked tube which appears to be
identical to the QS30-75 except that it has a rectangular mesh. QS30-7A,
perhaps?

Follow up: everyone has the M1183 listed as having the characters "Ω, +, –,
[sine with horizontal line]".

It's my understanding that the last character indicates AC current (as with the
inverted sine). If anyone can tell me what the unicode or UTF-8 number for
"sine with horizontal line" is I'd be very happy.
