Hi, Jessica The context/base has so many modules s-pre-**.tex. [NTG-context] context-doc inclusion in miktex

[NTG-context] metafun not working
hi wolfgang and all,
I did configured the pstoedit as you said and
generated new metafun.mem.
Compilation of makempy complains of
process aborted : invalid 'texexec --batch -- once
--interface=en --pdf' run
I did check pdftops as per requirement of mmakempy.pdf
manual. pdftops.exe is not available in miktex/bin/.
what does the error message point at. do I have to to
install pdftops.exe. or configure from somewhere else.
gsview 4.7 does not provide pdftops but pdftotxt3.exe
I am attaching the makeMPY generated file.

Hi all, I have installed a fresh gs view 4.7 and pstoedit 3.40 all latest version under windows. I installed pstoedit at H/program files/ghostgum directory. Generated new metafun.mem and udated at localtexmf/miktex/mem directory and texmf/web2c directories. MY makempy still complains about pstoedit is unrecogonised internal or external command. I did install the new kpsewhich and texexec send by
mr. Hans Hagen and installed pstoedit.
updated the mem file and pdfetex.efmt using texexec
--make --alone en metafun. still the problem exits
except that the MakeMPY stopped complaining about
pstoedit is not recogonise internal or external
command. can you help me out.
The mp graphics opened so error message as bonding box
as 0 0 0 0.
can any one help me the get the correct method?

hello Taco, I did search the result of all the files. All the files are ok. except the MP-mpgraph.mpy and MP-mpgraph.1. The mpy shows only the %mpochecksum : 8298 rest are all blank. Iam also finding the error in MP-mpgraph.1 I am attaching the file. I have aprehension that miktex and standalone context may clash in the same machine. you can advice me if they do not clash i will be happy to install in the same machine. hi all, I have completely reinstalled the miktex. and changed the miktex.ini file as follows as suggested by Taco Hoekwater in the eariler mail. trie_op_size=35111 trie_size=25 now it works alright. I had recently updated miktex including the context. After update the context fails to work. The kpsewhich was old as suggested by Mr.Hans Hagen and replaced it with new one provided by him. but still not working. I am attaching error file as generated by DOS. improvement. have missed any details. Can this .tmp
file generated by winedt after compilation of any file
