greedy vs non-greedy is one of the things that I always keep in mind when I
start with lpeg, and regularly I fail to apply -- because I think in the
"perl regex way".

lua_getiuservalue is in lua 5.4 API, luatex is lua 5.3.6 API
but in any case you should compile against the luatex headers, not the
stock lua 5.3.6.
I don't know lpeglabel, but luatex has the lpeg embedded and perhaps it can
clash with the library.

aren't they sorted by the tag ?
By default the synonim is the tag; only the first one has an explicit tag
(OTT)
so the order is ABC, OTT, ZXY, which looks ok.

Hi all, the ml has (as always as far as I can remember) the limit of 100KB for the maximum size of the message. I have noticed that lately several messages are over the limit, and all I can do is write to the sender and discard the message, and this could happen a couple of days later the message has been received. The upcoming version 1.18.0 has some changes that are not compatible with previous versions but should only apply in kpse mode: 1) the debug library is disabled; can be enabled with --luadebug 2) os.rename os.remove and lfs library functions are checked from kpse to see if the path is legal I'm sure some packages that use debug won't work without --luadebug at least. Is there another solution other than fontforge ?
I mean, I was not able to use original font without processing it with
font forge.

[0x25C9] = { unicodeslot=0x25C9, category='so', description='FISHEYE' },
it should be easy with a bit \ctxlua get glyph by description .
