I would say that ABF is a zero level mirror. ABF itself do not work as a mirror, it just generates content and stores it. To avoid problems ( for example with accidentally published packages ) and high load on ABF it does not work as a mirror. This is wrong source. We should not use abf directly for various reasons, one of them is abf performance. Furthermore, this source only had packages for 2013.0, not 2014.0 and arm version. BTW this makes me think about: how long will we maintain 2013.0?
