Hi Vince,

In version 2.9 there is a new Action Trigger called "30 Day Account
Expiration Courtesy Notice" that can be used to send patrons a reminder
that their accounts will expire in the near future.  The Action Trigger can
be modified for a time period other than 30 days.

team. The Training Services Librarian is responsible for delivering
training on the Evergreen and Koha integrated library systems to clients.

Equinox is looking for a Business Manager to join our team.  The Business
Manager must be familiar with company policies and procedures related to
billing and accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. The
Business Manager oversees all business office functions and is responsible
for ensuring policy  procedure compliance in all related areas. He/she
interfaces with the President, Vice President, and Directors as well as
provides verbal and written reports to the Equinox Board.


Essential Duties:


   - Manage Billing, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
   - Conduct PL and other financial reviews
   - Prepare financial analysis and other special management reports
   - Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
   - Prepare and coordinate schedules for year end audit
   - Assist in developing and communicating finance policies and procedures
   - Assist in the preparation of year-end budget
   - Manage Payroll and Tax compliance
   - Assist with Human Resources management
   - All other duties as assigned

 Required Skills:

Hi Gordana,

You can mark a patron's barcode inactive in the staff client by 
replacing the barcode in the patron's account.  When you edit a patron's 
record you can choose Replace Barcode and enter in the new barcode.  
After you save the changes, the old barcode will be inactive.

inactive...one was added to the record that is incorrect. It's 
actually a different patron's barcode. So when we use it, we bring up

Under the question Internet Access Level is  Active with a box and 
there should be a check mark in the box. Click in the box and it 
should uncheck and the card will be inactive.
