There is an Action menu in 3.3 and there was in the XUL client. That's where

Hi -

There is an Action menu in 3.3 and there was in the XUL client. That's
where Lost and Long Overdue items are found. I wonder what happened to 3.2?
There is a separate tab for non-cataloged items so there are three tabs in
Items Out.

I agree with Anna that bug 1781274 is likely to blame. If you don't have
database access, you can try the strategy posted in the bug comments:

Select the transaction in the Other/Special Circulations tab, and choose
Add Billing from the Actions menu (which is there in 3.3). Add a $.01
billing to the transaction and then pay it off with a forgive payment on
the Bill screen.

We’ve seen this happen when this bug rears up for Lost/CR materials:

Even if you check the CR item in the xact has to be closed for the item to fall 
away from the special/other interface.  The fix for us has been to manually 
close the xact in the DB.
