   environment, adhering to documentation and change management procedures

   - Able to self-manage multiple assignments and engage both internal IT
   staff as well as be able to communicate clearly to the end-user community
   - Functional skills working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
   - Good understanding of the following modules: Core HR, Time  Labor,
   TL Rules, Payroll, Contract Administration, Benefits Administration and
   implementing PS Security (create/review roles, permissions and query
