Hello. We don't ship such tool for Mate desktop. The one we have comes 
with gnome-system-tools.

Youll want one of the newer snapshot DVD or update from the repo to 
resolve the themes issue.

For MATE, under System-Administration Users and Groups (mate-users-admin).

Need to add to packaging...

Hello,

the system asks for GTK+ things, where are these?
