Re: [openlp-dev] Gratipay is shutting down
Patreon is really for anything. I've never heard of OpenCollective or Librepay and I believe I'm not alone, pretty much everyone knows Patreon thought. I believe people are more likely to donate if the platform is already familiar to them or they have heard of it. I don't really care if Patreon is not open source. Re: [openlp-dev] Song Import Broken
Hello Lane and thanks for reporting, Could you possibly create a new bug report for this on Launchpad? https://bugs.launchpad.net/openlp You could also include a debug log and tell us your Operation System. I'm not sure of how song select works but it could also be helpful if you could export the created song and include a link to the song. Is it this one? https://songselect.ccli.com/Songs/629909 For further instructions, check out the Manual: https://manual.openlp.org/troubleshooting.html If this does not make sense, feel free to ask additional questions. Re: [openlp-dev] Re-arranging Settings
Other ideas to consider: a) Hide OS dependable settings, for example the ”Bypass X11 Window manager” could be hidden on operation systems that do not use it and PowerPoint settings could be hidden on Mac/Linux. b) Add ”Search” and create indexes for searching the settings. c) Automatically use the best settings for ”Players” based on operation system, bundle VLC core with OpenLP and remove the tab. d) Remove ”Use given full path for mudraw or ghostscript binary” since pdf support is integrated anyways? e) Combine ”backgound color” settings from ”Players” and ”Images” into one setting. f) Make the ”popup window” larger/scrollable and move some of the settings to the same page and divide them to sections. g) Move ”Alerts” setting to the ”Alert Message” window itself. h) Add ”Show advanced settings” button/checkbox for showing/hiding more settings? Re: [openlp-dev] New/Undecided Bugs
One less Wiki page to maintain, why not? What is the purpose of blueprints, don't we have wishlist items for what they are supposed to be for? Perhaps remove the "blueprints" section as well, if that is within our realm of possibilities? - Azaziah On 31 May 2017 at 18:57, Raoul Snymanwrote: > On 2017-05-30 16:04, Timothy Cooper wrote: > >> Phill, thanks so much for looking at the bugs I reported.
