Looking at this, it seems that they are just using OpenVPN as part of
their larger system, and not actually using the OpenVPN source for
the bitmask stuff - so there is no license obligation. OTOH it's open
anyway :-)
But as far as I read the docs, it's *more* than just VPN, so you can't
really call it OpenVPN with enhanced security features - it's a security
package with mail, chat, *and* VPN.
