Hi Wenjing,

I’d like to have tools added as the first topic on the agenda.  Before you tell
us about workflow.

I can see some activities occurring however I cannot see any communication at

for the project team to discuss.

If someone is looking into these topics then let’s have them walk us though
their thinking, we should begin to make some plans around how to address:

· The basic workflows we will be supporting in the tools, I would
expect us to start with.

o Create account

o Launch the test cases

o View results

o Submit results

- [Wenjing] The CVP workflow – I presented the high level workflow
involving tool client, server, DB requirements to C and asked C and LF to
work together to give us feedback as what we in Dovetail need to deliver. I
believe the ultimate owner is C who uses these tools to administer the
program. I think that process is just starting – hopefully it will accelerate
after today’s Danube release and next week’s Board meeting. This info was also
presented to TSC last Tuesday.

· The CVP DB

o Information and schema’s, business logic requirements, security &
privileges

o Where will it be?

o How we will host it?

o How it will be accessed?

- [Wenjing] What test results are accessible in the DB was also
discussed with examples shown in the same C meeting. We do have an
outstanding question of how viewers (tester or reviewer or other users of the
system) can see not just the test case name and result, but some explanation of
what it is doing – i.e. a short description. At this time, that info
