Primary Responsibilities

· Security Engineering through use of Firewalls, IDS/IPS, various
proxy gateway and other network security devices to provide
defense-in-depth protection from cyber security threats

· Engineering customer connectivity/onboarding based on requirements

· Consulting with customers on best practices and options

· Business to Customer as well as Business to Business Connectivity
(Internet, Extranet, Market Data, MPLS, and VPN connections)

· Troubleshoot issues related to the network or security
environment (on-call rotation)

· Documentation of complex technologies and topologies based on
security based practices

· Work closely with all EI divisions to ensure 24x7 availability

Job Title: Oracle Apps Developer

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire an experienced application
developer with strong skills Oracle Warehouse/Inventory, GL, AR,  strong
knowledge of Crystal Reports.  Fixing issues with Crystal reports using
SQL, receiving and other minor problems.
There are several reports in the current Oracle Inventory program that are
generating incorrect information that have a direct impact on both the
State and USDA Commodity Programs.  At this time a corrective action plan
needs to be taken to make the system whole so that the programs comply with
both State and USDA Commodity Programs.  Items such as basic inventory
functions governing the receipt, storage and distribution of products need
to be addressed so that we have the ability to track the cycle of any
product from the original order to various stages of inventory levels, flow
of distribution as well as cost valuations.  From the onset there have been
issues with that were not finalized and problems continue to arise.  At
this point and time, staff are now entering information manually for both
the State and USDA programs which is the time consuming.  The
consultant/contractor hired will work on several different reports that are
producing wrong information plus address issues within the system that the
RIDOC programming staff cannot address.   Some of these issues may not be
report related and simply are a system issue (application) which needs to
be addressed to correct the problem.  Since RIDOC staff has limited
knowledge regarding the Oracle Inventory application, we are relying on the
knowledge of the contractor to assist with the issues and provide some
knowledge to a RIDOC state employee. The reports are Crystal Reports with
SQL.  They are all customized for the RIDOC – by a previous vendor.
Requires an experienced Oracle application analyst to the analyze current
problems with Oracle Inventory system and work with DoIT/DOC programmer and
Warehouse staff.

Skills Required:
Oracle Application Developer with the following skill set:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Oracle Inventory/Warehouse
Extensive experience with Crystal Reports
Oracle Applications 12.1.3  Rel. 11.1.0.7

The Oracle Application Developer is expected to work well in a team
environment to support and supplement the existing development activities.
The Oracle Application Developer is expected solve the issues with some of
the reports clearly providing wrong information.
The Oracle Application Developer must have the ability to create
documentation.

State staff

The purpose of this solicitation is to hire an experienced application
developer with strong skills Oracle Warehouse/Inventory, GL, AR,  strong
knowledge of Crystal Reports.  Fixing issues with Crystal reports using
SQL, receiving and other minor problems.
There are several reports in the current Oracle Inventory program that are
generating incorrect information that have a direct impact on both the
State and USDA Commodity Programs.  At this time a corrective action plan
needs to be taken to make the system whole so that the programs comply with
both State and USDA Commodity Programs.  Items such as basic inventory
functions governing the receipt, storage and distribution of products need
to be addressed so that we have the ability to track the cycle of any
product from the original order to various stages of inventory levels, flow
of distribution as well as cost valuations.  From the onset there have been
issues with that were not finalized and problems continue to arise.  At
this point and time, staff are now entering information manually for both
the State and USDA programs which is the time consuming.  The
consultant/contractor hired will work on several different reports that are
producing wrong information plus address issues within the system that the
RIDOC programming staff cannot address.   Some of these issues may not be
report related and simply are a system issue (application) which needs to
be addressed to correct the problem.  Since RIDOC staff has limited
knowledge regarding the Oracle Inventory application, we are relying on the
knowledge of the contractor to assist with the issues and provide some
knowledge to a RIDOC state employee. The reports are Crystal Reports with
SQL.  They are all customized for the RIDOC – by a previous vendor.
Requires an experienced Oracle application analyst to the analyze current
problems with Oracle Inventory system and work with DoIT/DOC programmer and
Warehouse staff.

Skills Required:
Oracle Application Developer with the following skill set:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Oracle Inventory/Warehouse
Extensive experience with Crystal Reports
Oracle Applications 12.1.3  Rel. 11.1.0.7

The Oracle Application Developer is expected to work well in a team
environment to support and supplement the existing development activities.
The Oracle Application Developer is expected solve the issues with some of
the reports clearly providing wrong information.

Microsoft System Center 2012 (SCCM) Administrator



BWC is searching for one (1) highly skilled individual to fill the role of
an SCCM expert. This is a replacement position. Based on the start date,
approximately 400 hours projected through June 30, 2015. There is a
possibility of extension that is subject to budgetary  administrative
approval. We prefer candidates with whom you already have experience, not
internet solicitations. Successful candidates will be self-starters and
detail oriented.  Candidates must be able to work both independently and as
team members to produce on time results and meet all project deadlines.

*Job Duties*

Primary SCCM 2012 duties include managing desktop, mobile, and server
endpoints. This includes deploying software, 3rd party vendor updates and
patches, and Microsoft security patches. Monitoring overall SCCM 2012
client health. Primary Server Administrator duties include support
production and test environment servers (Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012)
and related business applications, also working with business owners to
evaluate requests for new software deployments, updates, etc. Utilize
Change Management processes (i.e. meeting deadlines, fulfilling
requirements.) Participate and/or support other teams during integration
and change projects, as they arise.
