Re: Issues while following gpx track
Very good, Andrea. I'm glad it all worked out. If you don't want the curves indicated and announced there are alternative apps. Ride safe out there. Hello, the track exported from Ridewithgps.com worked out flawless. It keeps indicating curves like it would indicate turns as previously noted but it's not a problem. Thanks for all the support. Re: Routing with OsmAnd
As you suggested, I do select a point on the highway. You only fail once to select the proper side. DTGNT. Next time everyone will make sure to zoom in deep enough to select the proper side It's always risky to rely blindly on the routing. I had several times that osmand wanted me to leave the highway, just to come back again. However, the missed point in between will try to bring you back to the point you missed. If you travel on your own, you will have to stop and delete this goal. -- Diese Nachricht wurde von meinem Android-Mobiltelefon mit K-9 Mail gesendet. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Osmand" group. Re: Routing with OsmAnd
As far as I know, the only way is to do as you are doing now. Some navigation apps are snapping the selection to the nearest road / crossing / address, IMHO, nothing like this is possible in Osmand. Well, an idea could be to find POI on the highway (on the correct side) you want to drive, selecting these works better then trying to get the lane alone.
