Re: Winamp Version 5.53 is now Available
Hi John, A beta version of Winamp 5.53 was released last week but this is a more recent version and the official release of Winamp 5.53 and definitely not a beta. I hope this helps. Regards Steve. From: DJ DOCTOR P [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: PC Audio Discussion List pc-audio@pc-audio.org Please correct me if I'm wrong. But wasn't Winamp V5.53 already out? I've filled out this form before, and Steve is correct about the field areas. This form inaccessibility has been mentioned to the site owner before, and I hope he addresses the issue in the near future. OK, I'm certainly no linguist, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the first field is your name, the second is your email address, and the third is a big text box with 11 rows by 45 columns into which you can type whatever you like. I looked at the HTML source for that form, and the names for the input fields and their associated size parameters make me think this way. The first field name is nimesi. I get the word name out of that. How about you? The second field name is oitteesi, which gives me no indication of what it might translate to in Danish or wherever it is he's from, but considering the three things that form is asking for, email address would be the next most likely thing. Both the first and second fields have a display width of 30. The first field has a maximum field length of 255. And if you don't buy any of the above, well, I can tell you for sure that the last field is free-form input. New Winamp and CDDB Look up.
The button to access the CDDB does not seem to be accessible by tabbing around. The only way Jaws could find it was with the Jaws cursor. Did anyone find this? Here is a podcast on Replay Media Catcher 2.10d using JAWS 9 and XP Home. They are working on a newer version of this application to improve the audio/video sync. Hi. Napster is a service that allows users to purchase individual songs and full albums. Membership at a higher level allows you to download tracks and in some cases albums which you may keep on your harddrive as long as you continue to pay the monthly fee. I hope this helps. Re: Napster Question
Hello, napster is a piece of software where you can download music. There are three versions, Napster, Napster Light and Napster To Go. The difference is that with Napster Light, you can only buy music for just about $1.35, whereas with Napster and Napster To Go, you pay a monthly fee where you can download music, which is yours as long as you're subscribed to the service, and with Napster To Go,, you can keep music but the price is raised slightly. If you have used ITunes, Napster light is very similar. Soundcard question.
Hi all, I recently looked into buying a creative sound blaster soundcard, but the product specification said maximum sampling rate: 192 hz. So, if I had sounds with a higher sampling rate going through this card, what would happen? Re: Soundcard question.
Where are you going to find audio with a sample rate higher than 192Khz? If you actually had such a thing I'm assuming it would be down sampled to 192Khz sample rate? Hi, sorry, I was reading the wrong specification, the details were in a table and I'm not all that great with table reading lol Rick Harmon wrote: Where are you going to find audio with a sample rate higher than 192Khz? issues with Yamaha S-YXG50
Hi all, Today I wanted to install the Yamaha S-YXG50 synthesizer. In the description on the site and in the documentation I found is written that it is able to run under Win XP. After I installed it without any error, i rebooted the computer and tried it out. I don't get any sound out of it. Winamp shows no error but it does also show that the file is not playing at all. Does someone know why that doesn't works? My system is: Win XP Service pack 2 with all updates Intel Core Duo processor 2 GB of RAM Sound Blaster X-Fi sound card and enough free hard disk space. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance. Re: [Bulk] RE: Soundcard question.
I'm not aware of any audio out there with sample rates higher than 192 Khz. This goes way beyond DVD quality and light years beyond CD quality.
