Yes. Audacity can record in surround sound. Created a shed load of work. I'm pretty disillusioned with it now. Could I just use Audacity instead, guys, do you think? Re: multi track editers
There are two versions of Audacity you can download on that page. There is 1.2.6, which is the stable version and there is a 1.3.9 beata version, which isn't stable and is available for testing. I think the beata version is more accessible with JAWS. I used to use the stable release, but then started using the beata versions. If you want to download the beata version, go to this link. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/beta_windows Then just go to the heading that says Recommended Download and the first link you should see after that heading is called Audacity 1.3.9 Installer. splitting podcasts
Hi, Some of the podcasts that I am subscribed to in ITunes are split up into separate tracks. This means that I am able to press either the left or the right part of the wheel on my IPod Nano 4th Generation to move to the next song or the previous song in the podcast. However, with other podcasts that I am subscribed to, this is not possible. This Means that when I press the left part or the right part of the wheel, the podcast stops playing and I have to press the bottom part of the wheel to resume playback and the podcast didn't move forwoard at all. Also, when I press the left part of the wheel, the podcast goes back to the beginning. I was wondering if there was a way to split the file up by song so I could press either the left or the right part of the wheel to move forward or backward through the podcast by song, but still have the podcast be in one file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Janelle To unsubscribe from this list, send a blank email to: pc-audio-unsubscr...@pc-audio.org
