Remove all three of them plus itunes and restart your computer and then download itunes from apple website and reinstall it. All should work correctly after that. After cleaning up the mess the update made with my iTunes, I was able to go to iTunes on the Apple web site and download the Setup program. It installed without difficulty, and my libraries seem to be unaffected. Hi. I don't know what the error means, or how to fix it, but I wonder if the NFL audio is the only stream you have trouble playing with Real Player? If so, then I'd be calling the NFL tech support line. I have the NFL subscription and have no problems playing the stream. You might get a new copy of Real Player from the site. Hope this is helpful.
