That's a very, very old loose leaf binder from way back when I worked for a
dealer that carried Pentax equipment. The spine says "Pentax Power" and the
cover has "Pentax Dealer Catalog" printed on it. The original contents are long
long gone; I repurposed it some time in the middle-1980s .. it's been holding a
bunch of pages of negs and slides from around 1984 or so.

None of them are Pentax captures; the very first Pentax camera I owned and used
was the Pentax *ist DS in 2004.

I don't recall the previous conversation, sorry.

When I want to upload something from my desktop system (Mac mini) to Instagram,
I output a square or 4:3 format landscape JPEG for that purpose and shunt it to
my iPhone via AirDrop. Then I open the Instagram app and add all the image
files I want to upload as a batch.

It's quick and easier than dealing with the IG stuff on the desktop for me. :)

Those are the original wheels and heavily used tires from my Specialized Fatboy
Comp Carbon. They're my spare wheels at present, and will be fitted to the
other new Salsa Beargrease custom build bicycle that I have sitting next to
them in its box. This bike will be built up for carrying when I go traveling
again: I've had it and all its parts since March, but since it's more compact
and easier to store disassembled as parts than as a fully built bicycle, I've
not bothered to assemble it yet. (The wheels are ok and usable, but the rear
hub is only mediocre quality. I suspect I'll build another set of the beautiful
carbon wheels with Onyxx Racing hubs that I have on my daily ride before I
actually take the bike anywhere.)

I converted my K01 to infrared and use it quite a bit. I use an
inexpensive XIT LCD Loup as a finder - makes the camera rather
cumbersome but works well. K01 image quality is very close to the K5,
which is to say excellent. But the ergonomics are not good. It's still a
useful camera and when I bought it, it was quite a bargain.

Pentax did venture into the mirrorless realm with the K-01,
essentially a k-mount mirrorless K5 - much bigger than a 4/3. Brian
Walters feels it was a missed opportunity since, without an EVF, it
had to be used in Live View. He found that one of those clip-on turret
viewfinders didn't really solve the problem. I looked for a S/H K-01
