Looks OK to me - it's the same colour as the one I got a chance to drive.
In fact it looks a lot like the one I drove - same wheels & headlights,
so it's probably a similar model year.

There’s an even bigger flaw. It would be much better if it were my name and

Most of the cars that should have correct wheels, like the E-Type and MG, have
correct wheels. The survivors, like the old truck, also have correct wheels.
The Ford Model A hot rod has 1950s hot rod wheels, which is in keeping with its
genre. Cars like the sixty-something Valiant convertible with late model
aftermarket wheels are restored mods. They’re not particularly valuable
collectibles, just entertainment cruisers.

I assumed it is a replica, as the wheels are so obviously wrong. Considering
the price those things go for these days, only a loony would "customise" a real
one.

A bit of google fu says the steel wheel xk140s have the same bolt pattern as a
50’s buick with 15” wheels.

To me, those wheels look like they could well be aftermarket mags from the 60’s
or 70’s, and could have been put on 50 years ago before the car had achieved
it’s current sacrosanct status. If my interest in the car were to drive it
rather than just let it appreciate in value in a hermetically sealed garage, I
could easily see running those wheels rather than beat up stock steel ones.

Without seeing the interior, or under the bonnet it’s a lot harder to tell for
sure whether it’s a replica, or owned by someone who likes cars more than car
shaped expensive statues.
