This caused him to get an infection and with his liver damage it wasn't sending signals to his body that he had the infection. Re: OT: Not the greatest past few weeks...
It's not much comfort, but he made it 18 years, which is pretty good for a dog. It sounds like he had a good life. I hope everything else works out. Thanks everyone. I am still listening for his little paws on the hardwood floor and for him to pop around the corner as I work on the computer. If I wasn't paying attention to him he would give me a pay attention to me bark. Right now I am taking it harder than my partner but right now I am more emotional with everything that has been going on. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List PDML@pdml.net http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.

Re: OT: Not the greatest past few weeks...
I’ll add my condolences and good wishes to Larry’s. You have truly had a tough time and have had to take on the burden of caring for an ill loved one. That can be heartbreaking, but also commendable and rewarding.
