Fascinating.

What impresses me is watching the (often very subtle) hand movements.
Logic tells you that this is often the only thing they are doing to
rotate, rise, descend, or progress down the pool, but it's easy to
forget that.

Oh, and BTW, Cotty: if you exercised as many hours every day, at
the same rate of effort, you'd probably be that skinny, too :-)
