Sometimes they notice (as you can see in my Bovine Sex Club GESO that I just posted) sometimes they don't (like the two barmaids); either way the photo can be interesting. I guess I just try to look natural, always keep the camera out in the open (so it's no big deal when I put it up to my face) and don't make any sudden movements. After I take a shot or two, I calmly put the camera down as if nothing happened. Surprising how often I'm ~not~ noticed. Re: PESO: Pensive
It's more or less a normal lens on the APS-C sensor cameras, (true normal equivalent to the 43mm on film), and a relatively slow normal lens at that. I currently carry an A 24mm f2.8 for a wide, 43 ltd.as a longish normal and the M 85 f2 for a nice general telephoto as my walking around kit. There really isn't a place in that lineup for the 30mm. Now if my widest rectilinear prime was a 20mm then I could replace the 43mm with the 30mm or the 35mm f2.0.. Subash wrote: > On Sun, 20 Jul 2008 14:24:50 -0400 > "P. J. I think it's one of the nicest lenses Pentax has ever made in that focal length, (~28mm). I don't use mine nearly enough since I shoot mostly digital.
