GESO - Mercer Museum
Yesterday we took a trip to Doylestown, a well-preserved town incorporated in 1838, about an hour west of Philly. Among its assets is the Mercer Museum, established by Henry Mercer in 1916, and filled with his (very idiosyncratic) collection of tools, baskets, decorative tiles, stoves, carriages, dolls, pottery, and a fire engine, The exhibits are very haphazard and not very well labelled or annotated, but it is a very interesting place nonetheless. So, herewith a haphazard collection of photos: https://rickwomer.smugmug.com/2023/September-2023/Mercer-Museum/ (K-5, DA 17-70) Comments always appreciated! Re: PESO Cichorium
A nice toy indeed for such abstract results. What model number do you have? Perhaps you can fit it on a Pentax for the next PUG? Re: PESO Cichorium
Raynox msn 505. Yes I will mount it on my pentax macro. Step down ring is on its way from china.. Maybe in time for the next pug. My pentax gear is collecting dust... Found it at a local flee market. Had to google to find the modelnumber. Apparently an expensive raynox, 4 lens elements in 3 groups. I dont see the usual out of focus CA.
