So I did a quick calculation that if you printed out the book at Kinkos or Staples (actually cheaper than on a home printer) at 25 cents per page (plus tax). As of now, Mr. Wakeman informs me that there are no plans to publish the book in a hardbound edition. I too would rather have it in bound form, but I'm happy to have this work in ANY format!
