Looking at the door installed though, there is a bit of a cut out area so you can see the hinge from the inside surface of the door. It looks like the sliding part is curved down. The parts on the door seem to raise the curved parts up a bit when it closes. I'll see if I can do a short video in the next day or two. Hi John, No, I've never taken the door off. Looking at the door installed though, there is a bit of a cut out area so you can see the hinge from the inside surface of the door. Ron, Was just looking over my door hardware and the photos you sent. Have you ever removed the door from your unit? I curious as to how the bottom hinge/pivot function. I have a pair of, what appears to be, identical pieces as the ones installed on the bottom 2X4. It looks like there is a taper on the top so the backside dimension for the height would be a little less.
