Bug#799394: h5utils: Hardcodes dependency on liboctave3, which is being replaced by liboctave3v5
Package: h5utils Version: 1.12.1-3 Severity: serious Hi, While working on completing the GCC-5 related transitions, we noticed that h5utils is hardcoding a dependency on liboctave3. However, liboctave3 has been renamed to liboctave3v5 as a part of the GCC-5 transition. Being hardcoded, we cannot binNMU h5utils to get rid of this dependency and instead require a sourceful upload to fix it. Bug#729121: mapnik: FTBFS on mips and mipsel
Package: mapnik Version: 2.2.0+ds1-5 Severity: serious Control: block 674587 by -1 Hi, Your package FTBFS on mips and mipsel, but built there in the past. Until this issue has been resolved, we cannot move forward with the mapnik transition. ~Niels ___ Pkg-grass-devel mailing list Pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pkg-grass-devel
[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#365376: Should work with GNU Classpath and be moved to debian/main
Package: openjump Severity: normal Hi libbatik-java is in main now; maybe it is time to see if openjump can be moved to main. Also, both above mentioned debian bugs have been fixed by now. ~Niels -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-trunk-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_DK.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DK.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash ___ Pkg-grass-devel mailing list Pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-grass-devel
[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#535126: openjump depends on libjama-java which is shipped in old-stable
tags 535126 + moreinfo thanks Hi libjama-java is available in sid/testing as 1.0.2-3 and in both stable and old-stable as 1.0.2-2. As far as I can tell openjump does not (Build-)Depend on a versioned libjama-java. What exactly is the problem? Does the new libjama-java break openjump? ~Niels ___ Pkg-grass-devel mailing list Pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-grass-devel
[DebianGIS-dev] Bug#547392: jts: removal of kaffe
Package: jts Severity: important Hi We are considering to remove kaffe from the repositories, since upstream is dead, it lacks active maintaince from our side and we have free alternatives. preferably you should switch to one of the following packages: * default-jdk * default-jre * default-jre-headless You should use default-jdk if you need to compile java-files into class-files (or/and copy said files into a jar-file). Usually this is only used as a build-depend(-indep). default-jre and default-jre-headless should be used when you need to run java programs (with and without X11 support respectively). ~Niels Referencs: * http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-j...@lists.debian.org/msg13454.html * http://bugs.debian.org/529872 -- System Information: Debian Release: squeeze/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.30-1-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_DK.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_DK.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash ___ Pkg-grass-devel mailing list Pkg-grass-devel@lists.alioth.debian.org http://lists.alioth.debian.org/mailman/listinfo/pkg-grass-devel
