Re: [PLUG] Firefox behaviour...indic language related -- addendum to my previous mail
I sincerely think that the location (where to keep updates) is best decided by the person who keeps such info. Our interests should be just to know where they are... I checked the link you provided and followed indLinux link on it to find that there is infact Assamese project under name Luit.org on sourceforge.. When I get chance again I will check other links over there... Many sites such as BharatBhasha may have become irrelevant because domains having been abondoned etc. That's the impression I gathered couple of months back... Lets hope concerned people are reading this and changes do happen... -- __ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: (plug-mail@plug.org.in) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.

That's a very good idea which i think is best implemented by somebody who is already having status of all indic language related development... Others can only help by pointing out (citing) the shortcomings... and making suggestions as the average user may not be aware of many intricacies (twists and turns) of the issue.. And people of different origins and languages should take lead into this... (that a wishing on my part... ) आणि आपण सर्वान्नी त्याचा वापर करणे आवश्यक आहे तरच टेस्टिंग पूर्ण होईल... :-) -- __ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: (plug-mail@plug.org.in) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kokborok_language I can cite this as an example... Usually locals in most north eastern states complain when Bengali is forced upon them... I have nothing against either of them.. it's just a fact which is noticed by many travelling there... -- __ Pune GNU/Linux Users Group Mailing List: (plug-mail@plug.org.in) List Information: http://plug.org.in/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/plug-mail Send 'help' to [EMAIL PROTECTED] for mailing instructions.
