Using the alpha version on windows (WHS 2011) shows no problems so far. But i have not tested it so much. Two things to mention: - self test is working fine - Top100/Artists still not working (but i think this was not part of this update) It's a shame that Spotify does not support radio with their own library but i find a good workaround with using the plugin "smart mix" for now. Triode: Big thank you for your amazing spotify plugin. Without your plugin i would not have moved from Napster to Spotify. You should get money from Spotify because i think i am not the only one ;) Texo texo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62400 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Michael, disregard previous post. New entry under Extras - allows searching for artwork smaller than 300, 400, 500, 800, 1000 or 1500 pixels. A camel is a racehorse designed by a committee. Mac version now also available - I'd be keen on a couple of positive test from windows and mac users to make sure the change made for linux does not cause a problem on these platforms. 2.3.0alpha - linux i386 and x86_64 plus windows only Could a few couple of brave people try the test version at: http://triodeplugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/testrepo.xml This has the radio menu removed (as it is no longer supported) + moves to use libspotify12 which is the latest version and I had previously held back from using this as it did not support the radio features. It also changes how the self test works as it was previously using the radio features. It also includes a larger buffer value which may help people using linux servers if they previously experienced stuttering. Please could people test and post feedback here. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spotify [Triode] problem: Frequent bufferunderruns
Could you try the 2.3.0alpha version of the plugin available when you add: http://triodeplugins.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/testrepo.xml, to the repositories at the bottom of the plugin page. This includes the changed setsockopt with 524288 bytes. (which is done for all platforms I'm trying to see if there is a downside to a large value) It also includes the changes to remote spotify radio and move to libspotify12 which is the latest version and there is no point in me staying with the old libspotify10 as the only reason I was doing so was for radio which is no long supported. Looks like I'm not getting flac on desktop app either so may not be a LMS app issue after all. I was on holiday for a while, so I can't say when it has begun, but it's true for Deezer. - I have Premium+ account.(checked the status: payed and confirmed) - Smartmix is useless now, because not all but around 80% of tracks are 30 second previews. - To be sure that I'm checking with same version of a track, I have "added a track to playlist" directly from smartmix playlist. Same track is playing 30 seconds on Squeezebox, full lenght on Deezer web UI and Deezer Android App. (used same wifi connection, same ip/isp/location) - I thought it could be a regional limitation, that something on Deezer side changed, but the track I have chosen is available without limitation. mkkyah's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58652 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97668 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Multi Library and some 96kHz FLAC files
Hi, to make something clear Multilibrary isnt the right description / word... Its a *-SINGLE Library-* with -*Multiple paths*- - not less not more! And if i read the last line "but still both versions appear in the library" it seems to be clear - cause otherwise it would called "librarys". This feature makes sense (for speeding and for multiple Disks usage). There is no way to change the lib in a running LMS! The Only way is disable (aka .flac in the Settings) and use another LMS instance (on another Server) and disable everything execpt .flac there. But that would called -multiple LMS- sessions, *not* -multiple Librarys-.
