I can confirm this. I was on holiday for a while, so I can't say when it has begun, but it's true for Deezer. - I have Premium+ account.(checked the status: payed and confirmed) - Smartmix is useless now, because not all but around 80% of tracks are 30 second previews. - To be sure that I'm checking with same version of a track, I have "added a track to playlist" directly from smartmix playlist.
