Thanks. I'll do this later. It happens in the Qobuz menus, not seen much trouble with SmartMix. I'll take and post logs later, let's see of I can reproduce it at will CommanderROR's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=59408 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Does this happen when using the Qobuz menus or with SmartMix? AFAIK I do filter out results in the plugin. Do you see any errors in server.log? Could you enable debugging for plugin.qobuz until this happens again, then provide the server.log file? Qobuz 1.250 is on its way. There's a new option available... to enable playback of hires flac. Just pick the streaming format you want from mp3/320, flac, and flac hires (whatever the highest they offer for a track). Please consider this experimental. That's why it's disabled by default. I've had one single tester so far. His comment: "Wow. Thriller really played at 176kHz." Don't expect this to work with Transporter. I've seen bitrates of several megabits per second. Transporter simply doesn't have large enough buffers to make this happen smoothly. Have fun! Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
@Michael The Squeezebox Radio seems to be able to handle 24/48 without problems. 24/88 seems reasonably stable and even 24/96 works, although it does run into buffering problems occasionally, so I would not call it stable. This was only a short test, so in now way conclusive. I think with a slight buffer increase the SB Radio could actually handle 24/96, but since it had only a weak Mono speaker it's not worth the effort to try and "fix" it. Nice to know anyway. I'll see how my Hifiberry Amp fares later on. It only supports up to 24/48 I think, will see what happens when I send more in. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: YouTube Plugin
I have been watching the developments here for quite a while, and now I think it is time to try it out but I can not get the plugin to load into LMS. I enter http://sourceforge.net/projects/lms-youtube/files/dev/repo-sf.xml into "Additional Repositories" apply, and restart the NAS. The plugin shows up as available under "Philippe's squeezecenter plugins". I select it and apply, then restart. It shows up under the list of active plugins but un-ticked and reads "Plugin Unable To Load". I have gone back through this thread about 20 pages but can not find anything specific about compatability with my ReadyNas. All I can think is that my Netgear ReadyNas Duo V2 is using a Marvell ARM CPU and this may not be compatible? Any help or information appreciated. The CPU should not matter in that case as there is no "helper" (separated executable). What you might also have is an issue with SSL that is common on NAS using LMS. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
@Michael Looks great so far. My different purchases play perfectly in the max. available bitrate. I've got up to 192K in 24bit, an it is all selected and played without delay or interruption, even over WiFi. I haven't tested it on the other players, but the lounge one (RPI B, Squeezelite, Hifiberry Digi going into a Yamaha RX-V679) has no trouble at all! Only thing you might want to add is a selectable max. bitrate, since not all devices can handle up to 192K. Not a problem for me, I can always limit it in Squeezelite if it turns into a problem. So, great work!!! If I run into any errors I'll let you know. Bitrate is displayed "correctly" on Squeeze Ctrl, on the Webinterface I have a problem with it not being legible because the progress bar is in the way. But that might be a problem on the small screen of my Chromebook... Not a real problem though. I've got a SB Radio standing around, will try how that handles HiRes later, not that it makes much sense with the low-grade speaker, but just for curiosity... ;) CommanderROR's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=59408 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

As pcm is now perfect (including track duration, elapsed time and all other metadata) and I don't have network limitations in my home I propose to stay with that. ian_heys's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2629 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103728 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: UPnPBridge = integrate UPnP/DLNA players with LMS (squeeze2upnp)
With 2.5.0 I've been playing flacs (24/48000) on my Marantz, which can't do gapless so has 'Player handles "next track"' set to 'no'. With flcs, there seems to be a noticeable sound 'blip' at the end of each track. If I change to pcm (wav) it seems less prominent. This may all just be in my imagination - I'm going away for a few days shortly so am slightly rushed. I don't often use this device with sq2u so it also could be something that's been around for a while. LMS 7.9 on VortexBox Midi, Xubuntu 14.04, FLACs 16->24 bit, 44.1->192kbps. LMS plugin UPnP/DLNA Bridge to MF M1 CLiC (to MF amp & ESLs) & Marantz CR603 UPnP renderers. Minimserver (server) & upplay (control point) to same & to upmpdcli/mpd PC renderers. Squeezelite to Meridian USB Explorer DAC to speakers/phones. Wireless Xubuntu 15.04 laptop with firefox/upplay or Android 'phone with Squeeze-Commander/BubbleUPnP controls LMS/Minimserver. Have a Touch with EDO, plus spare, but unused.
