Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty v1.9.0 - now with experimental Spotify Connect support!
My server is on OSX El Capitan 10.11.6 I'm not sure what the additional binary is for the plugin, all I did for the helper was enable your repo and check it. When it comes to the other things required to get connect working in this version I had already installed those with brew but since I wasn't using connect I thought it wouldn't be an issue. kezz's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65905 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108030 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Erlands commercial plugins available for free
As the problem was first reported very recently it occurred to me that it must have been introduced recently too, and 7.9.0 has been around for a while. My max2play is happy with 7.9.0 so I tried that and yipee - it does implement Custom Browse OK. So if anyone else has this problem just go back to 7.9.0 and you should be OK. Phew! The Bridge does regular "mDNS discoveries" and this is where the player should respond. I'm not aware of another method to discover the device and on purpose, even there is an entry in the config file, I do not create the virtual player until I've discover the physical device (I need their IP address). Could it be that you have a network configuration where, for example, a PLC or some switch is in standby mode and does not forward mDNS discover requests? I haven't been using the bridge for a long time but started to set up a new server with piCorePlayer. Installed LMS and the 0.2.12.5 version of the bridge. It shows the start of the MAC address of all discovered players as bb:bb. In the xml file and in the list at the bottom of the GUI page. Router is showing correct values. So I looked at 3 other installations of LMS and UPnPBridge (Windows Home Server, D-Link DNS-327L and Synology DSM5.2). All updated to bridge 0.2.12.5. The MACs of previously found players all show OK. But any that are deleted and then re-added by clicking 'Generate' have the bb:bb corruption. See screenshot.
