Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
Thanks and no worries or rush. It is easy enough to work around until you can address all the issues correctly. I figured you were aware, but just wanted to make sure in case you had not seen it. mikes's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2427 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

The issue was resolved after I upgraded Debian, so I think it was probably some issue with the older versions of faad/flac and LMS 7.9.1. It's a 64 bit system. Thanks. The BBCiPlayer update only changed the URLs which are used to fetch BBC data - no substantive change to code - so problem probably lies in AAC and transcoding. PlayHLS is not needed not used by BBCiPlayer. PlayHLS is used to play m3u8 stream - it will notplay BBC HLS streams unless you save a BBC HLS URLS as a favorite. mikes wrote: > Pippin, > > In case you have not seen this screen layout issue with the buttons and > volume slider at the top on the new iPhone XS Max. > Thanks Yes, I know. I do have a fix but can't distribute it right now. Apple has released the new form factors with a mere 10 days of warning and the problem is not really iPhone XS Max, it's Watch Series 5. When I do a build for iOS 12 I also need to support Watch Series 5 and that release is a mess. The form factor changes everything in the layout, there is very little documentation and the documentation that is there is wrong and their tools don't create the results they claim. Epic mess. I hope to have something ready by early next week. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 9, the Universal App for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch* pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CDplayer plugin
Hi, I have 2 lms players, one in Odroid C2 and another one in Sparky Usbridge. The dvd rom external drive is plugged in to the Odroid sbc. I have created a symbolic link as "ln -s /dev/sr0 /mnt/cdrom" at media library /mnt. Besides, the LMS at Usbridge has run Remote Music Library and CDplayer plugins. So is there a way to play audio cd from Remote Music Library of Odroid's LMS to LMS at Sparky Usbridge? I go into the remote libary, I can see the media library and the cdrom folder. How could I change the settings at CDplayer to point to this remote cdrom folder to read audio cd from it? Currently I could play from the music files from usb hdd from remote media library without any issues.
