LMS tells me this when I select Spotty on the web interface: "Failed to get access token Please check Settings/Advanced/Spotty Spotify for Squeezebox in the web interface" ... though I've just logged in to Spotify Android with the same credentials I put in the web interface. My Spotify username shows up when I go to the "Spotty Spotify for Squeezebox" tab under Advanced, right next to the 'delete' button. Spotify connect doesn't work to my squeezebox either (I supposed for the same reasons); though the app seems to think everything's peachy, no sound comes out. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Music & Artist Information plugin
I've noticed for the last few days that Artist Biography and Album Review always have the following error. "Unknown error: Connect timed out:" Lyrics are still returned. I initially observed this with version 1.6.18. I reverted back to 1.6.17, 1.6.15, and even 1.6.1 to see if it was introduced with a recent change to the plugin, but those versions responded the same way. Is anyone else seeing this? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
Using the Default skin under the *My Music* menu there are three Spicefly Sugarcube items: Sugarcube Live View, Sugarcube History, and Sugarcube Quick Play. These are not available under the Material skin. Would it be possible to have those menus available in Material? I know you don't have Sugarcube installed; you're just getting MusicIP up and running. When I follow the debug information in your footer and review the Console output I'm not seeing anything related to Sugarcube. I do see that my libraries, favorites, and apps are requested. I use 1.8.1b on both Windows and Linux. Well LMS is on a pi4, so will need to use Linux there. I've run a quick test of 68 mp3 and 30 m4a music files, set to use 6 threads, and this completed in ~16minutes. What's odd is that I use the windows version of MusicIPMixer under wine, and it does not analyse m4a files - reads them in, but will not analyse. I then used ffmpegfs so that these would appear as mp3 files, and this worked. I thought the windows version supported m4a... *Material debug:* 1. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce - Song info plugin for FIP radio
Not 100% clear yet but looks like it is something to do with TuneIn and UK. Radio France appears to be aware of it but so far they have not given me the background or next steps. However, I see that at around mid-afternoon today the metadata feed from FIP stopped updating ... This happens sometimes when they have issues but it might mean that they are switching over to an alternative mechanism. If it persists then I'll see if I can use their alternative source. Hi all, no response from previous post so I'll try again. It continues to use 100% for around 1-2 minutes as which point the music stops/pauses.
