Thank you very much! Now it worked! I have to check out "Ratings light".

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: New versions of erlands plugins

2022-02-14 Thread Weller

Hi,
I started Sunday to reinstall LMS and I noticed that it is no longer
possible to install Erlands plugins via the LMS menu. The log file gives
me the impression that the repo isn't reachable. His download site seems
to be down as well. Is there another possibility to download erlands
plugins? At the moment I am especially searching for the trackstat
plugin.

Thanks!

Thank you very much, Max! It's great to have the ARD Audiothek now! I
have been using it for more than a week now on a nearly daily basis and
it works absolutely fine.

I had the same problem. Clicking "Refresh Songs" did the trick for me.

Great plugin! I especially enjoy the random albums function. I'm
wondering whether it is possible to filter the random albums? E.g. I
would like to exclude my audio books from this menu like I did from my
from my other music menues.

I tested it over the weekend and it works great. Thank you very much!
That is really a major improvement.

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spicefly Sugarcube on Raspberry Pi using Dynamic Path Conversion

2020-05-26 Thread Weller

Sorry, I can't really help you with your problem. But I had similar
problems with the Dynamic Path Conversions settings I wasn't able to
solve it. FYI see my thread from two months ago:
https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?111549-MusicIP-SugarCube-settings-suggestions=965581=1#post965581

If you do the scan with LMS for new files, can you see that the MusicIp
information is scanned from your files? I thank that was my problem.

In the end I tried to install Music IP directly on the RasPi - And it
worked. And still works fine! I used this installation guide which was
extremly helpful:
https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?106958-Success-MusicIP-and-Spicefly-Sugarcube-running-on-Raspberry-Pi

I am everything else than a Linux/RasPi expert but it worked- OK, I
needed two or three attempts ;-)

Thanks for asking. Unfortunately not. I tried every variations of the
path description, but MIP and LMS wouldn't communicate properly. On
Sunday I tried to install MIP directly on my Raspi. Until now without
success, but I have still a few things to check and it seems that
there's a problem for MIP to access my music.

Thanks! Sounds good. I tested various alternative settings including
swapping the paths and leaving the MusicIP path empty and got the same
error messages in the log. I have to check the paths again. I think I
making one really stupid mistake here.

Thank you very much! Now I don't have the error messages anymore. But
Sugarcube still uses random tracks only. Maybe I should try to get
MusicIp running on my raspi...
