I diasbled the plug-in, stopped the container, purged my /config directory (that is cross-mounted on the NAS) and selected the plug-in again after container restart -> problem gone! It looks like something got screwed in the cross-mounted directory. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spotty v4.8.4 - missing helper app in QNAP docker
Hi Michael, it looks like Spotty v4.8.4 is broken on my LMS 8.3.0 docker on a QNAP NAS. Here is the system.log entry: Code: [22-12-11 22:36:49.2952] Plugins::Spotty::Connect::canSpotifyConnect (85) Cannot support Spotty Connect, need at least helper version 0.12.0 [22-12-11 22:38:46.5183] Plugins::Spotty::Helper::get (51) Didn't find Spotty helper application! The plug-in info page reports: Code: Spotty Spotify for Squeezebox There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Most likely your operating system and/or platform is not supported. Please report the following details to me: Operating system: Debian (Docker) / x86_64-linux Helper Applications Folder: /lms/Bin/x86_64-linux /lms/Bin /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/bin /usr/sbin /usr/bin /sbin /bin /usr/libexec /config/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin/i386-linux /config/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin /config/cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/UPnPBridge/Bin ldd (Debian GLIBC 2.31-13+deb11u5) 2.31 Anything I can do to help debugging? Also the Spotty plug-in works flawlessly.. I finally got it to work! :D Seems like QTS5 shows some odd behavior with certain parts/plug-ins of LMS running on the same IP address as the NAS. I can't explain why though.. Anyway, if anyone should have the same problem there is a simple workaround: install LMS in a docker/container (I used the lmscommunity/logitechmediaserver image), run it in Bridge mode assigning a static IP that differs from the NAS IP and the Qobuz plug-in will be fully functional!! -------- ls-74's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=72381 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I have no firewall or IP restrictions set, can it be that request is rejected by the Qobuz server due to a wrong user-agent or something else that is different when running on a NAS? Is there something I can do to support debugging? Can it be something related to the perl version or some other lib?! During the weekend I'll try to run LMS from a docker on the NAS and eventually on some other machine and report.. Cheers! PS. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Hi! I just installed LMS on my QNAP NAS to use it streaming TIDAL/Qobuz. Unfortunately I can't make Qobuz working (TIDAL integration works!), I constantly get timeout error messages like those: [21-12-16 12:29:25.0669] Plugins::Qobuz::API::_get (698) [21-12-16 12:29:40.0693] Plugins::Qobuz::API::__ANON__ (734) Error: Connect timed out: [21-12-16 12:29:40.0696] Plugins::Qobuz::API::__ANON__ (76) Failed to get token Connectivity to qobuz.com is fine, I can ping the domain from my NAS.. I tried to disable/re-enable the plug-in and I also restarted LMS several times with no benefit.. :-( So I need some expert help now.. Thanks in advance! ---- ls-74's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=72381 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
