Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Squeezeplay and Windows 10 pro 64 bit - No worky
OK, this is strange. I installed an earlier version of Squeezeplay (417) and it installed and worked fine. I then de-installed 417 and installed 539 and it is working just fine. Not sure if an update to Windows 10 fixed the problem, or something else. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Alternative for Moose?
Thanks all for the suggestions. I settled on using SqueezePlay. A side benefit was I found the SqueezePlay support thread and found out how to fix the syncing issue I was with SqueezePlay and a SB Radio, which now play well together. Now I have a Touch to sell. garym wrote: see pictures in post above. Squeezeplay essentially puts the equivalent of the TOUCH screen on your computer. It is a player and controller, although I no longer use it as a player (I use squeezelite instead). But I do use the controller aspect of squeezeplay running on my laptop to control all my other SB hardware players. I like it better than the LMS webGUI interface in terms of just selecting music, seeing the now playing, and changing volume. In particular, with squeezeplay I can quickly scroll through my 85,000+ collection where with LMS GUI, I have to click on 0-A, B-C, etc. to get to the correct pages. Squeezeplay is one single scrollable list (by artist, album, etc.) and is pretty fast. Good info. Thanks. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Alternative for Moose?
I searched and really didn't come up with a solid answer. I want software that I can run on my PC that displays the song info and artwork playing on my SB on the PC display. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Screensaver Plugin Question
I have my Radio set up so the screensaver reverts to the clock after 30 seconds when playing. It would be great if there was some way that it would automatically show the artwork for 30 seconds when a new song starts, and then revert back to the clock display. Is there a current plugin that does this? I know hitting the power button will bring up the artwork, but that takes effort. :) -- vrette (3) SB Touch, (3) SB Radio, Cambridge Audio 840AV2, 340T, DacMagic, BW 683, HSU VFT2-MK3, Logitech Harmony 880, 7.5 on Asus E35M1-M PRO Win7 64 bit , and a bunch of other stuff... vrette's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=15256 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=88716 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
I have the newest version of iPeng with playback enabled running on an iPhone 4. I just switched my SB Server from 7.5.2 running on a Windows box, to 7.6 running on a Sheevaplug (Debian). I've switched all the players on the network to the new server, completely shut the old server down (rebooted the machine and made sure it wasn't running SB Server), flushed the cache on iPeng, shut down my iphone and turned it back on, but the old SB server still shows up in iPeng.under Music Source. So am I missing something, or have I uncovered a bug? BTW - Forgive me if this has be covered recently, the only reference I could find to my issue was over a year ago, and the interface appears to have changed since then.
