CW Well, there are the icons on MySqueezebox.com which have a high-enough resolution but one has to make icons out of those. The icons need to be 40x40 and 80x80 and then you need transparency for the background and you need a glow or something to indicate the on/off state and then you need a way to tell it's an on/off button. I know you prefer the old icons but please be aware that a) there are dissenting views on that and actually before the 1.2.5 release there was a lot of negativity about the old icons as well. b) a lot of people did not understand they are a power button. The current ones probably don't fare too well in the latter respect, too but the new ones we've prepared here probably will (and they are _very_ well distinguishable). Pushing and releasing the power button turns off that zone. Pushing and holding the same button a bit, turns off all zones. This works regardless of whether the zones are playing the same or different sources. This functionality is very handy to ensure the system is completely off at night or when leaving the house. I have two outside zones that sometimes get left on. I would like a foolproof easy way to turn all plyers off. With the old icons, I could swipe to see the players and sources and quickly tell whether any players were on. Now it's tough as the new icons don't clearly signal on-off status. In any case, I think it would be great to have an all off button that appears on this screen whenever more than one player is detected. I feel this button should work as all off regardless of the conected music source(s) or sync status. I believe the button you are referring to is on the now playing screen. It works great, but only switches synced players. Pippin, iPeng is awesome and continues to improve. It's multizone support takes the entire SB platform to a new level IMO. Agree. Aesthetically the new ones are clearly a better fit - but they are a bit lacking functionality-wise. They make for a much cleaner interface in my book. I believe the contast in on and off states will already be addressed in the 1.2.5.1 release that's already in Apple's hands by now - maybe run the poll again once it has been released? ;-) It's hard to please everyone I guess, but as long as functionality is not compromised I fail to see why personal preferences (mine included) should matter. With the new icons, I have to look very close to tell if a player is on or off. On a related note, I'd love an ALL OFF button.
