Thanks Erland, I made a fresh backup (I do backup's nightly) Removed all data. Had a nice cup of coffee Restored data - made some toast. Selected my Favourite Album, and hurrah each song only listed ONCE! Many thanks, I had been scared that the backups would also have this 2 for 1 bug and that I'd have to start all over again. I'm glad that solved your problem, there must be some bug in TrackStat that has caused this problem. Do you have musicbrainz tags in your music files ? If you click on each song to get into the Song Info page, do you see any difference between the song details ? As an example, does the Location attribute look exactly the same ? Dear Erland, I use neither ITunes or MusicIP. I have checked the song info by playing the songs and then checking the URL's and the URL's are the same for both instances of the song(I also wondered if I'd had the albums in two places!). Any other suggestions other than erase trackstat and start again!gulp! It might work to take a backup of the TrackStat data, delete the TrackStat data and then restore the backup. Just make sure that you really have a backup file that really contains the TrackStat information before you select to delete the TrackStat data. If the urls look exactly the same to the Song Info page, the only reason I can see is that your TrackStat statistic has gotten corrupt for some reason so you have duplicate entries. Ok, here is the play-by-play. Select Trackstat from the web window (Trackstat 1.40.1) Select Specific Rating Select Songs Rated 5 Lists songs, always twice (all rated 5) Songs are from different albums that are only in the system once. Select Albums Rated 5 Lists albums, One time only (even the albums with songs listed twice above!) Select Songs Rated 4, same as for Songs rated 5, everything twice. These tests were done with no songs playing, and with the 'refresh web every 60 seconds. Does that make it any clearer?
