Hi, I just reinstalled yesterday my LMS on a Raspberry with Squeezeplug/LMS 7.8 . Until then I was running on LMS 7.7.2 with Triode plugin (not sure unfortunately which version) and everything was working ok (not sure also why I decided to reinstall/upgrade, but that's another story). Now I'm running into the issue that I've seen previously here around middle of last year with plugin version around 2.2.12 ( followed thread 99030-Triode-spotify-pluggin-don-t-log-in-Spotify ) : "Login Error: Password not set" . Helper's log basically say : [23:11:29.328553] log_message:81 log: 22:11:29.328 I [offline_authorizer.cpp:297] Unable to login offline: no such user I've triple checked that my username/password (not the facebook one) is corrected, also tested it on another LMS instance where I have no trouble connecting to Spotify. I've tried to remove plugin, restart LMS, reboot, re-install plugin V 2.3.1 but still get the same error. Any idea of what's going wrong ? Should I avoid LMS 7.8 or not related ? Any help would be very welcome. Hi all, great plugin however I am having problems. On my raspberry pi I can sync all players and it behaves as it should however on my windows pc no songs will play when the players are sync'd, it just skips them one at a timd. I just ran the self test and received this.. Player did not connect to helper app - check your firewall allows the helper app to receive incoming connections from players on the helper app port defined above That must be the problem - just need to find that.. Thanks for the 7.0.3 upgrade , it seems it handles artwork faster and better great ! And stability is improved. But as usual I have an odd observation for you . I was in the new music view and decided to change player and the new music menu reloaded its artwork in the background and settled in a different position for each player , but eventually when I curiously flicked around for a while this behaviour dissapeared and all players agreed on the same position in the new music meny ? First of all wanted to thank you very much for this plugin!!! I've been running this plugin on only for a few weeks on my Synology 212j NAS and it's been working like a champ. Recently I did see that there was an update to the plugin that was applied to the LMS server (v2.3.1). Everything is working fine after the update except for one issue, when playing songs off of a playlist generated from Spotify (like artist playlist etc), it will randomly stop playing after a small amount of songs (1 or 2, rarely 3 songs). I've not been running this plugin long enough for me to know if it's because of this update, or could there be an issue with a plugin setting I need to adjust? James, please try version 0.1.42 from my test repository. It now adds an On/Off setting for amp polling. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Question about Multi-library plugin
I have been interested in possibly "separating" my MP3 and lossless libraries, and it seems that the multi-library plug-in seems to be able to somewhat do it. I have read various threads, but am still not positively sure: 1. Can the plugin(s) be installed on my NAS (a QNAP TS-219P II)? 2. Will my NAS's hardware (2.0GHz arm CPU and 512mb RAM) be able to run it properly? 3. Once up and running, would the controlling side (I use a Squeezebox Controller, a SBT and the SB app on Android) require anything to "see" the sub-libraries? If the multi-library plugin wouldn't work for me, the alternative, I guess, is to have LMS server on another computer and have it look into a different folder on my NAS (while the NAS's LMS looks at another folder). This should really give me a separate library but would only be available when the computer is on. Installation shouldn't be a problem, the problem can be performance.
I would advice you to apply for a free evaluation license and try it to
ensure the performance is good enough before you purchase a real
license. You will need both Custom Browse and Multi Library plugin and
you can apply for a free 30 day evaluation license on the same web page
as you do the purchase, you will reach this page through License Manager
plugins settings page.
The biggest performance issue is probably when you restart LMS or at the
end of a rescan, so make sure you try this during the 30 day evaluation
period.

You might have to restart each controlling device/app once after you
have setup the libraries for the new menus to work.
If you like to get rid of the normal browse menus (which still shows
your whole library) you can also install the free Hide Menus plugin
which makes it possible to hide the normal browse menus.

Many thanks for your reply. I think my NAS sometimes chokes when it is doing anything on top of LMS (e.g. virus scan, etc.) and it sounds like this plugin is gonna be quite heavy (I have a nearly 3TB music library). Hi there, Thanks for your reply, I have set 100% volume out via SSH and not in the touches menus. I did have the syncing of volumes as I thought that was a cool feature. I disable that yesterday and it stopped the issue I'm having. Could it be doing it as I have my denon set to numbers rather than Db volume? Also be default it's set to -10 with the difference in volume within settings. Everytime I change it to 0 it always reverts back to -10.
