Question - how are you guys finding, decoding source, extracting, etc to find these links? I'd like to be able to do it myself, the old "give a man a fish" thing...:) Thanks again... Are you able to point me to documentation or describe here how Spotty works with 2 Spotify accounts entered in the settings. Not clear on what those radio button choices are describing and where I find the UI to switch between the 2 Spotify accounts. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Thanks to '@matka's post' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?109230-Which-Streaming-Music-Service-works-best-for-You-and-your-system&p=917098&viewfull=1#post917098) in another thread, I've just learned that Qobuz provides PDF booklets not only with downloads, but also in the streaming interface. At this time we can view PDF booklets that accompany downloads using the Music & Artist Information plug-in as discussed 'here' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?95494-Suggested-plugin-PDF-viewer) but not while streaming via the Qobuz plug-in. Michael is looking into this and asked us to move the discussion, so here we go: mherger wrote: > > what I would really like is to be able to browse the pdf when > streaming, > > same as in qobuz web player. I believe I've figured out the options offered by those radio buttons. On the original issue, is it possible it's related to the fact that the 2 Spotify accounts being used in Spotty and tested with on the devices are both part of the same family plan? https://www.spotify.com/us/family/ I'm asking because I just tested by turning every know firewall or port blocking application on the Win 10 machine (where LMS is running) off and I am still gettiing the same problematic behavior as before. Is there any chance that the family accounts look different than "normal" separate accounts to the API and thus things are getting confused? Here's what I did: I went into my broadband router and realized that it has two channels, one for 2.4 Ghz and the other at 5Ghz, both have the ssid set to the same name. So, some devices were on 2.4 and some on 5 and I thought that perhaps, even tho the devices appear to be on the same subnet via dhcp, perhaps if some are on 2.4 and some on 5 that there might be some reason some traffic is not passed across and thus having Spotify connect not working correctly. But I tried renaming the 5Ghz ssid in the router and having the "2nd iPhone" (which had been connected to 5Ghz, while the LMS is connected on 2.4Gz) switch to the 2.4Ghz along with most other devices, but no luck, I still don't see "Dan's Squeeze" show up in it's list of devices...darn, thought I had it! Weird thing is, I also noticed on my old iPad Mini (version one, so only goes to about iOS 9.x or so) that it also has "Dan's Squeeze" in the devices list. No idea why one of our iPhone 6s's has "Dan's Squeeze" in the device list, the iPhone 8 (the "2nd iPhone") does not, and the old iPad mini does...I'm running out of ideas. danmalks's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=67965 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108898 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] BBCiPlayer with DASH support - test version
Sorry to take so long to reply. Yes, the BBC URLs open fine in a browser. No, there's nothing particularly unusual in my setup, and the last time I tried there was no problem. (That was a few months ago; I've been using the iPlayer Radio app on an iPad to listen on demand.) Trying again just now, still times out 'waiting for data' on R1, R2, R3, R4, ... I'm not blaming BBCiPlayer for this problem, just hunting around for a solution.
