update print/poppler

2013-06-18 Thread Matthias Kilian

aja@ wants a new poppler, so here's a preview update to 0.22.5.

Summaries of changes at http://poppler.freedesktop.org/releases.html

There's an incompatible change in the constructor of CTStream, so
libpoppler gets a moajor bump. I didn't spot any interface changes
or extensions in the other libraries, so no bumps here.

I also replaced the wantlib mess by a different wantlib mess.

Not yet tested seriously (except for building it, comparing build
logs, looking at diffs betwwen 0.22.2 and 0.22.5 etc.). I'll do
some real tests (on amd64) until next weekend.

Comments, test reports (and oks) are welcome.

Ciao,
Kili

only minor tweaks needed:

- add a . at the end of the last sentence in DESCR
- COMMENT: implementation should be changed to implementing:
STUN server implementing RFCs 5389, 5769, and 5780
- remove blank line in PLIST
- update @newuser, 717 has been taken
- BOOST_INCLUDE should use ${LOCALBASE} not hardcode /usr/local

also, net/ is quite a busy directory already, what do you think about
using telephony/ for the directory, and CATEGORIES= telephony net?

If these changes are made I'm OK with importing it.

Ah, I just noticed stuntestcode; I don't think this should be installed
in the package, but we can use it for do-test. Diff to your port, also new
tgz attached. (Since there are now fewer programs to install, I also
switched to a consistent style in do-install for programs and manpages).

that's a remnant from earlier porting work when distfiles

2013-06-18 Thread Christopher Zimmermann
Hi,

this has been rotting in openbsd-wip for quite some time now. But since
some people seem to be actually using it I updated it and propose it
for inclusion in the official ports tree.
I adopted this project from Vladimir Litovka who has abandoned it and
improved it security wise.
Because I don't plan to add new features, only to fix bugs I have no
real scheme for releases and versioning numbers, so I figured it would
probably be best to version it by date. Is this sensible? OK for commit?

UPDATE: sysutils/ncdu 1.9 = 1.10

2013-06-18 Thread Brian Callahan
Hi ports --

Here's a small update for sysutils/ncdu to the latest version.

Changelog:
* Added 'c' key to display item counts
* Added 'C' key to order by item counts
* Added CACHEDIR.TAG support and --exclude-caches option
* Use locale-dependent thousand separator
* Use pkg-config to detect ncurses
* Clip file/dir sizes to 8 EiB minus one byte
* Fix buffer overflow when formatting huge file sizes

Works for me on amd64.

OK?

~Brian

If the changes you have made since the last release are important enough
to be worth putting in ports, they're probably also important enough to be
worth rolling a release for, so that non-OpenBSD users can get them too.

gcc/4.7

2013-06-18 Thread Marc Espie
there's talk about killing that port, as it serves no useful purpose,
doesn't provide more arches than 4.8, isn't more functional than 4.8,
and uses resources (brain-power to keep it alive and cpu time to build
somewhat useless packages).

It's not even useful for ada-boostrap, as the path can go 4.6-4.8 directly...

Anyone sees a reason not to let it go ?

new: node-typescript-0.9.0

2013-06-18 Thread James Turner
Attached is a new port for the TypeScript language. I know there has
been some debate on importing npm packages so you node people please
chime in.

Tested on amd64.

Information for inst:node-typescript-0.9.0

Comment:
typed superset of JavaScript

Description:
TypeScript is a language for application-scale JavaScript development.
It is a typed superset of JavaScript that compiles to clean, simple
JavaScript code which runs on any browser, in Node.js, or in any other
ES3-compatible environment. TypeScript offers classes, modules, and
interfaces to help you build robust components.

Can you enable the R600 target as well? It is still marked
experimental in 3.3 but is required to build support
for the latest radeon chips in mesa (radeonsi gallium target)
and optional for the older parts.
