Same exact error on a brand-new VM, must have something to do with
the dependencies. I'll try to investigate further.

Unrelated to your problem (ports tree out of sync with the OS?),
discussion has routinely decided that love-11.2 needs to be a separate
port; different LOVE games require specific versions of the engine and
thus a direct update will break user expectations. Perhaps it is
better

to rename games/love to games/love-08 or something to differentiate it
from the newer love-11, but that's a separate conversation.

Whoops. Forgot to list the changes (from Github):

* Fix rame rendering issues on Nvidia GPUs
* Fix High DPI issues
* Make burnin optimization optional (was introducing timing artifacts under
macOS)
* Fix issue with font scaling slider.

Yep, it's pretty unelegant. Quick question; would

DISTFILES = ${DISTNAME}${EXTRACT_SUFX} \
qmltermwidget-${QMLTERMWIDGET}.tar.gz:0

also be OK? I tried it, seems to work just fine.

UPDATE: cool-retro-term 1.0.1 -> 1.1.0

2019-01-07 Thread Sascha Paunovic
Hi,

here an update of x11/cool-retro-term to 1.1.0.

Tested briefly on amd64, starts up and allows me to execute commands ok.

Note: "cool-retro-term --version" outputs 1.0.1, that's a bug. solene@ helped
me find
where it happens in the code:

https://github.com/Swordfish90/cool-retro-term/blob/54a6a7f5906c482db5ec1158433722dca197acd2/app/main.cpp#L74

Changes in 1.1.0 (from GitHub):

* Two years of upstream qtermwidget fixes
* Shiny (literally) new frame
* System fonts support
* Lowered GPU and Memory usage
* Faster and burn in effect
* Improved colors support
* Improved RGB shift effect
* Improved colors support
* Many other small tweaks and fixes

UPDATE: cool-retro-term 1.0.1 -> 1.1.0

2019-01-07 Thread Sascha Paunovic

Hi,

here an update of x11/cool-retro-term to 1.1.0.

Tested briefly on amd64, starts up and allows me to execute commands ok.

Note: "cool-retro-term --version" outputs 1.0.1, that's a bug. solene@
helped me find

where it happens in the code:

https://github.com/Swordfish90/cool-retro-term/blob/54a6a7f5906c482db5ec1158433722dca197acd2/app/main.cpp#L74

Changes in 1.1.0 (from GitHub):

* Two years of upstream qtermwidget fixes
* Shiny (literally) new frame
* System fonts support
* Lowered GPU and Memory usage
* Faster and burn in effect
* Improved colors support
* Improved RGB shift effect
* Improved colors support
* Many other small tweaks and fixes

UPDATE: lziprecover 1.20 -> 1.21

2019-01-07 Thread Sascha Paunovic

Hi,

here an upgrade of archivers/lzip/lziprecover to 1.21.

Tested on amd64, works ok for me.

Changes in 1.21:

* The options '--dump', '--remove' and '--strip' have been added,
  mainly as support for the tarlz archive format:
  http://www.nongnu.org/lzip/tarlz.html
  These options replace '--dump-tdata', '--remove-tdata' and
  '--strip-tdata', which are now aliases and will be removed in
  version 1.22.
  '--dump=[][:damaged][:tdata]' dumps the members listed,
  the damaged members (if any), or the trailing data (if any) of one or
  more regular multimember files to standard output.
  '--remove=[][:damaged][:tdata]' removes the members
  listed, the damaged members (if any), or the trailing data (if any)
  from regular multimember files in place.
  '--strip=[][:damaged][:tdata]' copies one or more regular
  multimember files to standard output, stripping the members listed,
  the damaged members (if any), or the trailing data (if any) from
  each file.

* Detection of forbidden combinations of characters in trailing data
  has been improved.

* '--split' can now detect trailing data and gaps between members, and
  save each gap in its own file. Trailing data (if any) are saved alone
  in the last file. (Gaps may contain garbage or may be members with
  corrupt headers or trailers).

* '--ignore-errors' now makes '--list' show gaps between members,
  ignoring format errors.

* '--ignore-errors' now makes '--range-decompress' ignore a truncated
  last member.

* Errors are now also checked when closing the input file in
  decompression mode.
  * Some diagnostic messages have been improved.

* '\n' is now printed instead of '\r' when showing progress of merge or
  repair if stdout is not a terminal.

* Lziprecover now compiles on DOS with DJGPP. (Patch from Robert
  Riebisch).

* The new chapter 'Tarlz', explaining the ways in which lziprecover can
  recover and process multimember tar.lz archives, has been added to the
manual.

* The configure script now accepts appending options to CXXFLAGS using
the

  syntax 'CXXFLAGS+=OPTIONS'.
  * It has been documented in INSTALL the use of
CXXFLAGS+='-D __USE_MINGW_ANSI_STDIO' when compiling on MinGW.

UPDATE: x11/herbstluftwm-0.7.0 -> 0.7.1

2018-12-21 Thread Sascha Paunovic
Hi,

here's an update of herbstluftwm to 0.7.1.

Tested on amd64, works ok for me. There is one new script in
/usr/local/share/examples/herbstluftwm, which works OK.

Additional question: after I ran "make plist", it changed "@bin
bin/dmenu_run_hlwm" to "bin/dmenu_run_hlwm". Anything to be worried about?

(resending, date of the mail was wrong)

Greetings,

UPDATE: x11/herbstluftwm-0.7.0 -> 0.7.1

2018-12-21 Thread Sascha Paunovic
Hi,

here's an update of herbstluftwm to 0.7.1.

Tested on amd64, works ok for me. There is one new script in
/usr/local/share/examples/herbstluftwm, which works OK.

Additional question: after I ran "make plist", it changed "@bin
bin/dmenu_run_hlwm" to "bin/dmenu_run_hlwm". Anything to be worried about?

Greetings,
Sascha Paunovic

UPDATE: archivers/lzip/tarlz to 0.8

2018-12-19 Thread Sascha Paunovic
Hi,

and right after the update of archivers/lzip/tarlz to 0.7, now again,
to 0.8.

Changes in version 0.8:

- The new option '--anonymous', equivalent to
'--owner=root --group=root', has been added.
- On extraction and listing, tarlz now removes leading './' strings
also from member names given in the command line. 'tarlz -xf foo ./bar'
now extracts member 'bar' from archive 'foo'.
- Tarlz now writes extended headers with all fields zeroed except size,
chksum, typeflag, magic and version. This prevents old tar programs
from extracting the extended records as a file in the wrong place (with
a truncated filename). Tarlz now also sets to zero those fields of the
ustar header overridden by extended records.
- The chapter 'Amendments to pax format', explaining the reasons for
the differences with the pax format, has been added to the manual.

Tested on amd64, works ok for me.

Oops. The indentation wasn't quite right in the Makefile, amended tarball
attached.
