This reminds me of the famous debate for VFP7 being taken OUT of Visual

That created a problem, I created a virtual machine at a customer’s site to

The application was made with VFP5 and they won’t upgrade it. Period!

Now, I had VFP way back when, but I can’t find the installation CD.

Does anyone have the ISO?

Thanks,

Re: Visual Foxpro 5.0 ISO

2020-03-26 Thread Gianni Turri
Hi Jose,

Visual Foxpro 5.0 should be included in Visual Studio 97.

You should be able to download Visual Studio 97 from this site:
https://winworldpc.com/product/microsoft-visual-stu/97-5x

Choose to Download "Microsoft Visual Studio 97 Enterprise" or "Microsoft Visual
Studio 97 Professional (5.00.7008)" and then choose a Mirror to download from.

HTH,
Gianni

Hi, Paul:

Do you know if the port and adapter are USB 2 or 3?

What does a speed testing site like speedtest.net (or the UK equivalent) tell
you your current connection is?

Of course, it all depends on where the bottleneck is: your machine, adapter,
home net speed, VPN overhead, the office's VPN server max speed, the office
internet speed, what app you're trying to run (not big DBFs remotely, I hope!),
etc., but I'm sure you know all that.
