Getting a little personal there, Mike. No, I have the shoes on. Or at least I did when I actually went to my office. RE: [NF] Recommendations on a balance board for standup desk use
I have a nice thick floor mat for use with my VariDesk back at the office, Unfortunately I'm not sure of the brand but it could also be VariDesk. It's got a thick raised border and a big rubber mound in the middle. One edge also has a much wider thicker border. You can basically give yourself a foot massage as needed. Also, the key for me has been to keep moving my feet and not locking my knees. Don’t skimp on the floor mat or you will have a lot of foot issues. -- rk -Original Message- From: ProfoxTech On Behalf Of MB Software Solutions, LLC Sent: Friday, April 10, 2020 4:43 PM To: profoxt...@leafe.com Subject: Re: [NF] Recommendations on a balance board for standup desk use Hey that wobble mat looks interesting. Hi Malcolm! Here's my quick show & tell: https://www.screencast.com/t/A37Y6rHRfJ I do find that this "work from home all the time" is making my heels hurt a bit, so I force myself to step away from breaks every hour or so to mix it up. That Costco standup desk is GREAT! The bubble mat from Home Depot is decent (but I still would love to find something better). I do have good tennis shoes on with great padding. There's so much padding, they look like "special" shoes. lol --Mike On 4/9/2020 12:56 PM, Malcolm Greene wrote: Any of you stand-up desk users standing on a balance-board type contraption or using a specific mat?
